I have taken my car last week to fit the back bumper cover. They didn't fit properly and taken nearly $700 and when I took back to show them that you didn't fit it properly. They said that no no you may did accident that is why it became off then why I said no. Come have a look then said that no you did not that replace the thinks that need to fit properly.I said it is your job to let me know that you need to replace as it would not fit properly. You must let us know as we are not mechanic to we know which job it need to be done well. We asked you to replace and fit properly that is why we pay you for.But he was roud and refused to fit and fix that which I have already paid for.They must let the customer know the job which they can not do properly or the job which can cost more. But unfortunately they just trying to how take many from customer.And do not do their job properly.

I bought my car here after someone had hit and scraped the side. Friendly and skilled staff, my car looks brand new, Joe even fixed a tire pressure warning for me which I didn't bring up to them to fix. Super happy with the service I recieved, I will be recommending this place in future.

My boot bumper had ripped off after backing into a garden post, I am not from the area and a local recommended to come here.I assumed I would need to come back the next day to collect it but they looked into it immediately and had it back on in 15 minutes! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. If you're having car troubles I would highly recommend coming here!

Work included replacement of front grille. Had the car for 13 days and upon collection, the replacement had been scratched when fitted. Then it only took one day to replace again. Had hired a car through this business so suspect the extra revenue from a third party claim was welcomed. I was advised to contact VicRoads to replace damaged number plate and when offenders insurance company refused to pay, someone at this business told them it wasn't damaged. Spoke to Sam the manager who couldn't remember our conversation and then never got back to me despite saying he'd return my call. Would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Never been here. Heard good things though.
