We moved into a three-bed Milieu apartment in Breese St Brunswick, five months ago and we love it! We are blown away by the design of this place - the smart use of space and light, the gorgeous textures of floors and ceilings, the way the roof garden is set out, just so many things. We have always lived in old places, and partly we just can't believe we are in a place where everything is fresh and the drawers glide and the double glazing - oh my! Talk about effective!Milieu staff have also been most helpful and friendly - Patrick has been our go to person.It is a delight to live in a quality build, where everything is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Very happy campers!

I am compelled to leave this negative review for the property developer who has displayed an astonishing lack of responsibility and professionalism. Our experience with this developer has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.From the very beginning, we encountered a major flooring installation problem that was repeatedly ignored and brushed aside. Despite our consistent efforts to bring this issue to their attention, they evaded their responsibilities and failed to take any meaningful action to rectify the problem. Their lack of communication and follow-through demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.To add insult to injury, months after reporting the flooring problem, we experienced a separate water leak in the property. Instead of acknowledging their negligence and addressing the original issue, they astonishingly tried to shift the blame onto us. This level of unprofessionalism and refusal to take responsibility for their own mistakes is utterly unacceptable.The property developer's failure to address the initial flooring problem and their attempt to deflect blame when confronted with a water leak has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial burden for us. We trusted them to provide a quality living space and professional service, but they have shown a complete lack of integrity and accountability.I strongly advise others to reconsider any dealings with this property developer. It is disheartening to see such unethical behavior in the industry, and I hope others can learn from our unfortunate experience.

We purchased a Milieu apartment off-the-plan back in 2016. It was our first purchase, so we were super anxious about the process. The build took a while, and it ended up behind schedule after there were issues with the builder etc – the standard issues when dealing with the construction industry.However, we were kept informed by their team, and communicated with them regularly throughout the entire process. They were open to giving us honest feedback & updates which we appreciated, especially considering the extensive warnings we had been given by friends on their experiences with other developers.They accommodated our needs and reassured us wherever possible. Over the months leading up to settlement and the months following, we gradually met with most of their team, and appreciated their efforts to make sure we were happy. During rectifications, the builder went into voluntary administration, so the Milieu team worked directly with contractors and suppliers. Knowing the industry, we were pleasantly surprised. 2 years on, and we still love our apartment.Would we buy with Milieu again? Absolutely. More than anything we appreciated that there was a face to the name, and they were such great people to work with.

My Dad purchased an investment property from Milieu which I rented for a number of years. I was the first to move in and can happily report there was only one small plumbing issue early on (thanks to a rag being flushed down the loo) but this was resolved with great urgency thanks to the lovely team and we didn't have a single issue after that!We were delighted by the quality of the build, fixtures and fittings. These guys really know and appreciate quality.When Dad first showed me the floor plan I was a little worried about the size however, it was so cleverly designed that we couldn't even fill all the storage space and for a small 2bed townhouse it felt amazingly spacious.The modern, industrial design really lifted the feel of the space, we have such find memories of weekends spent on the rooftop and we absolutely loved our time there.My partner and I are hoping to buy a Milieu property in the future. Would definitely reccomend to anyone considering!

Would highly recommend purchasing a Milieu property. Great team, great communication and the whole experience really was as good as I could have hoped for a new build.Quality is second to none and they really are built to last which is remarkable considering the number of cheap builds on the market today that look great day one and then everything slowly falls apart over the next year! We're a few years in and yet to have an issue other than a lock on the back gate.Really could not have been happier with our decision to buy. Thanks Milieu team!

Thank you Milieu (and especially Patrick) for guiding me through my recent purchase in Brunswick. Everything was explained to me so much more clearly than when I visited other sales suites with their real estate agents just pushing me for a sale. Patrick knew almost every detail and got quick answers when he didn't. I was invited to see their completed project in Barry Street and one in Fitzroy that were both beautiful and gave me all the confidence I needed. Would recommend.

Own a Milieu Property apartment: the location is great, the internal layout has obviously been deeply considered, the visual design + finishes are fantastic & the Milieu team were wonderful to deal with throughout.

I looked at sooo many new apartment projects in the inner north. Milieu’s projects stood out for their superior quality and poise. I waited for the right project for my budget, Patrick helped me to choose the floor plan and finishes and I’m delighted with my purchase. This is a developer that collaborates with the best and their work is consistently nominated for industry awards. That makes my stylish apartment a sound investment for me and the robust building makes a more livable neighbourhood for us all.
