My 5 star rating relates to service, communication and product. The manager Steven went above and beyond his role. His service was exceptional and his empathetic nature was heart felt. I have never encountered such professionalism in any service provider in any industry.Words cannot express my gratitude!

We have dealt with the Springvale store many times over the last five year for our aging parents. They have always been outstanding in their advice and service but this time the have been very kind and generous with their time. We bought a scooter three months ago for my father. A week ago we had to move him to residential age care. His most treasured possession is his scooter and we had no way of transporting it. I rang Shaun at Mobility Aid to see if I could pay them to move it for us. Shaun informed me he would be happy to do it free of charge and arrange and did it the very next day. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that is so generous of spirit. Thank you again Shaun

The team from Mobility AIDS in Springvale have once again gone above and beyond to assist us. Shaun Kannemeyer, the Senior Product Specialist jumped into the technical role and personally came to fit new batteries to my husbands wheelchair. This was done within 4 hours of my distressed call for help. I can not speak more highly of the extremely efficient service from Shaun and Roleni.We are all aware of the difficulties that arise whilst caring for a loved one with a disability. Knowing the team at Mobilty AIDS are just a phone call away is an absolute blessing. Their friendly and reliable staff are always willing to do what it takes to solve your problems and quickly and professionally as possible. Mobility Aids is an excellent company providing a very good service. Especially, Shaun, Senior Product Specialist, is very kind caring staff explaining us with a lot of patience. He is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about the usage of a wheelchair with a caring manner. we are very happy with his service.

Purchased top of the line stand to lift chair 12 months ago. Both of the motors have stoped working. For more than 2 weeks my husband has been attempting to contact someone by phone and email to speak ti someone about a repair with no success other than the life story of the receptionist who works part time from home and doesn’t know who to contact about our problem.I do not usually post reviews online but am hoping we may get contact details of someone who can help.So far our experience has not been positive.

Amazing customer service in the store and on the phone . I have been dealing with Debbie for over a decade she always goes way and beyond to assist. Mobilty Aids in Springvale has made our experience in the store safe during covid 19. Shaun has visited our home on numerous occasions. Shaun is extremely full of knowledge on products and treats his clients woth outmost respect. Mobilty aids have an extensive range of products. Thank you Debbie and Shaun for your kindness and help always.

Once the money is handed over good luck with any help. Even under warranty...there's no help.Every excuse under the sun, but no help. They will blame the user for failed equipment without EVER even seeing the equipment being used. Totally useless at every level. It's disappointing they're dealing with disabled people. Have even complained to NDIS but even they can't help. A real case of buyer beware.
