Sophie's Blinds

I have used Sophie's Blinds for extensive work in my own home as well as at my business premises, first class service, expert knowledge and advice, perfect installation, you can always rely on the recommendations given and all materials are top quality, I have already referred several people to Sophie's Blinds and would highly recommend to anyone.

Uhm so I bought them and they smell like sour sauce dipped in rotten banana sundaes and was rlly wet if you get what I mean

From measure and quote to final fit Sophie's blinds nailed it for me quality blind and a perfect fitment on the windows could not be happier

Blinds and shutters are good but pray to God you don't run into any issues.Ordered combination of rollers/blinds and shutters to furnish a newly built home. No issues at all with the rollers or blinds which came after about 5 weeks and the shutters came 2 weeks thereafter.Half the shutters were made incorrectly. It had an unnecessary middle frame which was clearly not intended (see photo) that also prevented the windows from opening due to blocking of the handle. When the issue was raised the initial response was Well I guess you can't open the windows then"Then instead of having them remade correctly

Bought blinds from Sophie , really happy and addorbale prices . Would definitely recommend to my friends and family .

If it were possible to leave a review without a star I would have. From the first appointment where Sophie arrived two hours late to the installation where again she was an hour late. No excuse no apology just an aggressive attitude at being asked why no contact was made to advise hold up.Sophie then threatens to leave if not for her installers she would have gone. Sophie said and i quote “I should be grateful I am getting new blinds” to top it off one of the windows were not measured correctly and didn’t fit. Two weeks later still waiting on the installation of the blind. Would not have this company install plastic sheets in an out house. Disgusting and unprofessional. Yes I am only the tenant however if this is the type of behaviour of the owner (sophie) towards people I would never ever recommend.
