Smooth͏ process leading up to the SaleBrad was easy to deal with, always on hand when needed along with coordinating and assisting with the improvements so our investment property could be presented at its best. Brad achieved our asking price at the first open for inspection.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!They won't communicate and are very very rude. They refuse to reply to emails or call back when you request. Vanessa was my property manager and she is rude lady. I am moving over to another agency after spending $3500 on the property that wasn't required. I even asked for explanation but they don't have any.

Simon͏ went above and beyondLiving interstate brought many challenges with selling our rental especially with tenants that we in cooperative and painful to work with.
