I have been here for parents next and as a job seeker.And believe they have not met my needs, to enrol into courses or gain certificates. Please be aware you may change a job provider, just contact Centrelink.Many people have given me feedback about joblink, they do not put effort in for us people it’s a job for them that is sitting on the backside enjoying a cuppa.

Friendly staff that really do try to help find work. Any Lithgow resident knows that's a difficult task! Helpful tips, classes and they can point you in the right direction for courses too.

The attitude is just wrong there job is to help and yet I've done what I've been asked I've been hung up on and not treated like a person all I can say is I do my best with my life I'm sorry I can't be like everyone else but guess what I'm not everyone else I'm me Fu Nicole just like playing God with people

Unprofessional as after being forced to changed providers they still try and contact us hassling us for payslips saying it is absolutely necessary while it wasn't. Also contacting through private messenger and after hours.
