I called MG Service centre today due to an issue that happened over the weekend. I asked if I could come in to have it looked at and that I would have my baby with me and I was told no problem see you at 1pm which I was very thankful for. I got there right on 1pm and was told “everyone is at lunch” so I’m confused as to why I was told to attend at this time. I was then sent across to the other side of the property to wait in Hyundai waiting area. I waited for over an hour was called back to get the car where I was given limited information about a required part. No info to clarify how long this would take so I called an alternate service centre to see what they could do for me. Within 5 minutes I had all the info I needed and requested that they inspect the car instead. The highlight of this experience was then getting a call back from the employee at MG Service Centre asking me what my problem was? Normally I would have let this go but after that unprofessional phone call there was no way I can do that. I have every right to seek alternate advice and service, I do not however need to justify my actions or be spoken to the way I was.

We live in Melbourne and put an inquiry through car sale for sv6 on lpg. we didn't received any call, so we call them for what price they going to delivered in Melbourne. The guy said he is going to call us back in few mins for the price. But, after some time we received a mail from car sales that this car is sold. when we called these guys again they said they haven't received the car yet. By mistake they put early, its going to take 2-3 weeks. which completely shows these guys are liars and have poor customer service and no sales man ship. Very much disappointed. Think before you planned to buy car from here as its going to be completely time waste.

Just bought my third car from here. Great service and exceptional staff

Very disappointing experiencing when buying my new MG. Great service and attention when test driving and putting down deposit but day of handover was appalling! Made a 11:00 appointment for handover a week in advance to pick up the car. We noticed my new car was not in the sales yard for pickup. Finally after a 25 minute wait for the salesperson to attend to us, he advised that the car would be another 45-60 minutes before it arrived!! I had checked twice during the week that my car would be ready on time and twice I was told it would be. Salesperson rushed through the functions of the car and left so much out that we didn’t know about the car. We had to come home and watch a YouTube video on its functions and how everything worked. Finally an hour and a half late, my car arrived. Nobody came to tell us it was there. It was just dumped by whoever bought it over from the holding yard. We only knew because my husband went out of the reception area where we were waiting and saw it there! When I asked a salesman if this was my car he said yeah! I think so! They could not have cared less about our experience and appointment. This was my 4th new car in my lifetime and definitely the worse experience of them all!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Bought a used car (2012 model) in June 2019 for $10,000. Just under a year later it had complete engine failure requiring a new engine, as well as other mechanical repairs, totaling $10, 500.Since purchase, car had only done just over 11,000kms, and the furthest it had traveled was Sydney.I do not believe the service department did their job when assessing this vehicle for sale, and I was sold a lemon.The only compensatory offer made was a repair of $9000. When I asked for a good deal on a new car, I was not even offered a competitive price (it was easily beaten by another dealership).Terrible company. I highly suggest going anywhere else.

Very disappointed with service department today I booked my car service with them but when today I went to drop my car there first the lady said that we don’t have any booking under your car rego number after that when she found out the booking she said we don’t have any mechanic.

Car purchased 2018. Great sales team very happy with purchase deal. Service department lets team down. 1st service jan 19 and the up selling trick applied. Car needed new air, cabin,air cond filters plus wiper blades!. Only travelled 13800 k,s. Around town. 2 independant mechnics inspected air filter looked brand new ! Shame have to try upselling.

Purchased current car here with trade-in, sales team where good, fair price.Recently got the car serviced, some issues but after talking to Andrew and Julie resolved to happy conclusion. Will be back
