I recently had my ensuite bathroom renovated by Immaculate Bathrooms and I am delighted with the end result. Derek did a wonderful job of coming up with a design that totally transformed the space and then worked to create my dream bathroom within my budget.Derek, Ben and their team were all highly professional, courteous and extremely clean with their tidying up at the end of each day.If you’re looking to have any kind of bathroom remodelling done – whether its freshening up your room or totally revamping it - you wont be sorry if you use Immaculate Bathrooms. I highly recommend them.

A lot of mistakes. They left me this nicely hidden hole in wall. I'm sure they get it right occasionally but certainly not with me. Hire at your own riskDerek has tried to tell me this only occurred when i moved shelves even tho rubble can clearly be seen on floor stuck between wall and shelves. Why else would I move shelves and take photo beforehand???5th time i have posted this as it keeps disappearing.

We had deliberated for some time about getting our two bathrooms, seperate toilet and powder room replaced and modernised but once we were referred to Immaculate Bathrooms, everything came together. From the first visit, Derek was very helpful in helping us realise the vision we had for our bathrooms. Derek has a friendly can-do attitude which helped us to be comfortable discussing our ideas. His advice and expertise around decor, room layout and thinking the whole project through was simply awesome. Combine that with Nolzie's professional management of the various trades and his willingness to help solve the inevitable challenges that arise when you renovate, then you have a winning combination. We can't recommend and thank immaculate bathrooms enough for helping us through this project and achieving the amazing finish we are very proud of.

We had two back to back bathrooms fully renovated and from quote to finish both Derek and Shenol (Nolzie) and their team were professional, super helpful, friendly and gave good advice resulting in a timely and stress free renovation. Immaculate Bathrooms are excellent at resolving any problem that arose during the project. In fact Nolzie’s a perfectionist and picked up things that we didn’t even notice. Derek’s advice on bathroom designs opened our eyes and we are very grateful with the layout for each bathroom. From our first meeting with Derek I felt that we were in good hands. He listened to my ideas then came up with a design that was even better than we expected. The tradies were friendly, very tidy, and skilled in their trades. The communication was effective and I always felt in the loop. A special mention for Knowlesy, very professional and great to have around, also Calvin from QA Bathrooms Malaga, he was so patient and helpful. It’s been three months since our major double bathroom and laundry reno. Thanks to the wonderful team at Immaculate Bathrooms for making the whole process run so smoothly.From the initial design meeting with Derek, to choosing fittings at QA Bathrooms with Calvin to Nolzie project managing the tradies, the end result was fantastic.The bathrooms are easy to clean, layout is great, wall niches a nice addition, rain showers brilliant (thanks Calvin) and laundry works a treat.Nolzie and team were lovely to work with, they allowed two months and finished the job early. Howie and I couldn't be more delighted with our new bathroom. We have a very old house and the job was not easy but, from start to finish, Derek, Ben, Dan, Ali, Rob, Steve, Brodie, Margaret, Doug and the rest of the expert team were always positive, prompt, friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
