Gage Roads Freo Brewery
Great place for the kids to play while having a cold one and enjoying lunch by the swan while watching the big ships float by. The food was average. We ordered kids fish and chips and kids pineapple bacon pizza. The highlight on either dish were the crispy chips. I ordered the fish tacos. The fish was dry and the tortilla although an authentic corn needed to be heated to be truly enjoyable. All an all a great stop over for a drink and a kid play but I will be skipping the average meal in the future.

Very hip place but in a way that’s engaging for all age groups. Lovely bit bright airy space and right on the water. Meals and drinks come out at random not together. The food is really good though and the young staff are lovely. Good spot for kids too. They’re quick with the high chair and the colouring books. Really delicious tacos here. Seriously delicious fish and prawn ones. Among the best we’ve tasted anywhere on the planet. Great beers here as well as you’d expect with fantastic variety. Service was friendly and really efficient. And the manager fixed an issue we had in an instant and in a very quiet professional way. It’s a really good place here. We’d return any time.

I'm over in Fremantle for the first time visiting from Melbourne and I came across Gage Roads Brewery as I was looking for the WA Maritime Museum.Gage Roads Brewery is a huge venue with a lovely view across the port, the beer mostly caters towards WA local tastes with lots of pale ales, however unfortunately there are no dark beer options available on tap.I didn't sample the food, however there are varied beer options available on tap and it's a great casual venue with lots of outdoor and indoor seating.A splendid unintentional find, certainly worth checking out if you find yourself in Fremantle with some spare time.

Not a bad place to consume some beers and a feed while watching the boats come into the port. Dog friendly & family friendly with plenty of seating. It does get quite busy though on a decent day so best bet is to get there a little early to get a good seat!

Loved eating and drinking here! Amazing staff, beer and food. The service was great and the food came out so quickly. Liked ordering at our table. 100% kid and four legged friendly. Just a great vibe as well. Definitely will return.

The food was average. The drinks were as expected. The view was fantastic! Great for a family with all the infrastructure out the front. Clearly everyone was having a good time. Maybe add a spice warning on that spicy mayo in the tacos! I appreciate the fresh tortillas.

Best brewery in Perth! A must visit for locals and travellers alike. The food is fantastic, it's dog friendly and so interesting watching all the giant cargo ships and tug boats floating by.

Good food and view!Went there on Wednesday evening, it was so busy and I didn’t expect my food take less than 30 mins for them to prepare. Ordered fish and chips as well and it was so good! Will definitely come back for food!
