The staff at petbarn are always nice and certainly know their stuff. The only issue I have is if I wanted a vet prescribed product and I purchased it in store it was going to cost me $94.99 but if I purchased it online it cost me $65.99. That’s a huge difference in costs. If I purchased whilst in store, to get the cheaper price I had to logon and pay online and she could hand it to me as a click and collect. But if I didn’t do that I had to an extra $29.00. That’s ridiculous!!

Although the staff are friendly and helpful, I can never get the fish I'd like, it has been 2 months since they have had supply.Aside from that they are well stocked if you don't mind the excessive price tag.

Have never in 14 years of buying food and cat items from Pet Barn, West Gosford have we had indifferent or bad service from the well trained staff. I’m sure the staff watch and hone in on facial expressions of customers and assist when they deem necessary. NEVER pushy. They ask pertinent questions, assist quickly and efficiently. Highly commend the West Gosford team. I believe the attitude of the store manager has a lot to do with the staff’s responses to customers. Well done West Gosford staff.Wendy & Greg

Did you know Petbarn will price match any same item that can be found on the internet for VIP customers. I am so glad I don't have to worry about purchasing from the sites I normally use. I am coming home with the item I would normally have to wait days for with no concerns about potential scams and credit card breaches.
