The lovely Samantha brought my sun in blonde hair back to life today. Left the salon feeling refreshed and fab. Great colourist, excellent service.

Angie did the absolute amazing job on cutting my hair. I've never been to a professional hairstylist so I wasn't sure on how to go about telling them what I wanted, but after a little bit of explaining Angie got exactly what I wanted. It was an amazing experience; I got offered tea or coffee (not sure if all places do that) and I thought that was lovely. Overall my experience was amazing and I'm definitely gonna recommend this to anyone who wants their hair done and I'm definitely gonna come back here aswell. Thank you <33

I went to Hartfords for a fix up after a bad cut. I am so glad I did! Atlanta immediately understood and took the situation under control. She made my hair manageable, and now down the track has made it perfect! Easy to see why they have been around so long. The atmosphere there is so friendly and professional. If you are looking for somewhere to walk out smiling and be confident of a great result don't hesitate!

I was extremely excited to be booked in before Christmas with my daughter today. This was her first real salon experience. I had booked in for colours and cuts. I took photos and was very clear about what I would like in terms of colour. After 4.5 hours, I was left underwhelmed. I came out with the same colour I went in with….so subtle there is absolutely no difference. I felt like is was a waste of money and time. My daughter the colour was subtle which suits her style but they ran out of time to cut her hair and just said “sorry but at least your colours are done!” so I guess now I will need to book elsewhere which is unlikely before Christmas. I am just really disappointed and would not recommend after this experience.

Very dissatisfied with the perm, I have had perms for the last 62 years and I can honestly say that this is the worst perm I have ever had, it was the most expensive but there is only a slight curl at the end of my hair I can't wait until it's ok for me to have another perm somewhere else but I know because of chemicals I need to wait at least 2 months. Very upset about trusting even more distressing the managers haven't bothered to contact me they just show they couldn't care less, my hair is I such a bad condition I have a mind to seek legal advice. bothered to contact me personally rtgeycHartford Frankston.

As with any Salon depends who you get, had one hairdresser who at 7pm on a Thursday was clearly over her day and I really wasn't happy with the stripey foils, gave another try in 8 weeks, best colour of my life. Highly recommend Skye if you are looking for a blonde expert.

I had the privilege of booking Vanessa to style my hair for a wedding this weekend. Her work was immaculate - she took inspiration from photos that I showed her, but made sure that the final result was suited to my needs. She even encouraged me to return later in the afternoon (after having my makeup done) to arrange any necessary fix-ups. I would highly recommend Vanessa, and Hartfords, for their professionalism and perfectionism!

Definitely the best hairdresser I have ever been. I was searching for a good hairdresser locally for a long time. Tried many different ones, but none of them have met my standard.Lucky about 2 years ago, I found Hartfords, the owner Gary’s is the best, perfect hair cut !Actually all other hair dressers in his shop are good as well. I have tried a few of them, they all do a good job. This is amazing for a hairdresser shop to maintain a high standard constantly across all their hairdressers.Highly recommended!
