Dryers don't take coins, only option is 36mins fir $4

Nothing works. Worst ever. Wasted my time trying to find a machine that worked. Finally gave up.

Dryers: $4 for 36 minutes! That's what it says on the wall! But I got charged $4 for 5 minutes. I tried to call whoever owns the laundromat but there is no contact number listed anywhere in or outside the building. I found a number on Google and it just rang out. Also a number of machines would not work when I tried to use a different dryer so I just gave up and left.Not happy Jan.

Put a total of $18 in using credit card , tried two machines , both didn’t work . Took my money , no phone number email, no way of contacting them .. I would like a refund but have no hope when they can’t be contacted… Do not use this laundromat . Disgusting

I should have read reviews before i went there. Would have kept driving!! Card only but they only take debit/credit card not savings account card, unless both card readers on machines I tried don't work. I have used laundromats a fair bit around different parts of Australia. This is the first time I have come across this. I don't have a debit/credit card. Had to unload washing that I had already added detergent to and I'll need to go elsewhere.

Great that all machines accept eftpos cards so don't have to worry about correct change, but card readers need to be checked more regularly as 1st two front loaders I tried didn't read, & same with a dryer. Add to that 2 washers shown as out of order" & 1 dryer."

($4 = 32 min)Six 13kg dryers ($4 = 36 min )One of only 2 Laundromats in Albany, Dog Rock Laundrobar is currently the best value (IMO). Having used both over the last 2 months (Jan & Feb 2020), I find it cheaper to do my laundry here, with better results. The other place charges $8 for a smaller machine(~7.5kg), which runs for less than 30min (less chance of a good clean) the other place has a range of larger size machines, all costing more to use.I found the machines at dog rock much cleaner to use, with little to no build up of grime inside.A contact number, or even an email address would be good, for if anything goes wrong, and parking may sometimes be scarce during the day.

Number 4 front loader water pouring all over the floor. No contact number just a drop box for suggestions does not help my washing nor our skin with a waterless wash. Poorly run business with out of order machines and dryers. I don't often give bad ratings. Disappointing for tourism!

Is this place still managed by anyone ?! Seemed so neglected it felt like an abandoned place ! The prices are much cheaper than the only other place in town but ....half of the machines were leaking all over very badly, the other half were soaking or bathing in filth.... literally. I should have taken some pictures .. it was looking so bad, I turned away and went to spent an outrageous amount in the other place as there were no other choice...

14 months travelling around Australia and I can confidently say this is the WORST laundromat I've come across.It is so dirty, so many machines & dryers are out of order. I wasted my laundry liquid in a machine that was out of order, then later paid for a dryer which was out of order - it damaged some of my clothes (the drum is loose and so clothes got tangled and stuck around the rim - see photo).Neither the out of order machine or dryer were marked as out of order.No phone number to call....To the owner if you read this - you owe me $4.
