Very bad company and extremely bad customer service with poor quality material. STAY AWAY From them. My roller shutter already fallen apart not even 12 months.

I got shutters installed one year ago from these fellows( Shutters connection Australia) thinking it is Australian Made and Australian Based and with 5 years Warranty.shutters are falling apart could not last even two years . contacted their help desk not getting any help just promises . I call every day but no positive response . not a good Quality and no back service. better buy from some where else not these fellows . will write to consumer affairs now Victoria . paid a lot of money for trouble very very Disappointed
