I’ve been with Orion for 5 years now, by far the best Realestate I’ve dealt with! Ade is a great Property manager. Being a independent operator, they stake their reputation on your success as well as their own. (I’ve dealt with a few doggy realestates, more interested in getting numbers for their resume then quality for the owners, but not with Orion.)I’ve also sold Property with Orion and Gary did a terrific job, getting me the best outcome. I highly recommend the team at Orion Realty Greater Springfield.

Ade Martin has been our property manager for the last 2 years and he is without a doubt the most honest and hardworking individual I have had the pleasure to deal with. His integrity and professionalism in this business is like none I’ve seen before and I hope he continues to stay in this business because I doubt I’ll find another property manager that cares as much as he does about our property and the tenants in it. If you’re every thinking about getting a new property manager look no further he’s the best in the business.

Their name should be Rip off reality doesn't care for the tenants who actually pay for the property rent. I used their recommended Cleaning company who charge almost 200% more than normal charges and then they are still not satisfied to take tenants Bond.

Very disappointed, even 24 hours have not given to fix cleaning issues. its a law if after cleaning issues required to be fixed always 48 hours are given. we received a mail in the late evening hours of 9th oct and was given only time next day on 10th oct before 2pm. Not happy. By this way they are trying to deduct money of Bond. if someone already have something important on the next day at the time of fixing so Not sufficient time has been given. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
