Very friendly staff with on time delivery. I have shipped multiple times with multiple boxes and all were very safely arrived.They even have scheduled pickup at Geelong for very affordable fee saving our time.

We have been using multifreight for years. However their customer service is terrible. Multiple calls, messages abd it all goes unanswered. They take your money and dont return your messages etc….Also clearing the boxes in colombo the staff are theives. Alot of the food stuff we had packed were stollen at clearance. I dont think I will be using these guys again as this is not the first time items have gone missing at clearance.

I have been trying to contact the office in Melbourne to send some boxes ( Approximately 5 calls a day).They do not answer their phones , they do not call you back, We have been using this company for many years as a family ,so it’s sad to see their customer service come to such a low level.

Sent airfreight package two weeks before and received the package in the exact same delivery time. Package was not opened and everything was there as I packed. Good communication and highly recommended
