OutstandingPuppy had a nibble at our washing machine seal…oops. Website was easy to navigate and find the part with our model number. Placed an order around 11am the Wed before Xmas (which was Sun) and paid the extra for express still thinking it would get to us the next week (I’m in Perth). Friday 2pm it arrives!!Well done. Fantastic service

Ordered item in mid-November. Received no contact from the seller. Emailed them a month later asking for an update, they finally responded and got told they don't have the item in stock, and will have to special order it in. It will take at least another week for it to arrive in their warehouse before they can ship it. Given we are now well and truly in the Christmas rush period, I probably wont have my item until next year. I would probably recommend going with another company if you need a spare part even remotely urgently.

Fantastic customer service, had an issue with a part that I installed, and customer service manager Glenn was incredibly helpful, even sourcing additional information from a tech and providing detailed guidance. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

I called to confirm the stock levels of a replacement part. The staff member confirmed that parts were due to arrive on the day. It has been a month with little communication. An email later mentioned that the part was to actually arrive mid August from the supplier. The lack of truthful communication is extremely disappointing. Buyer beware!

Website very easy to use if you know the make and model number etc. Prices are reasonable. Ordered a replacement part for my washing machine on a Thursday and had it delivered to my office in WA by Monday.

Highly recommended, I found the specific spare part I was looking for (Drain Filter) and needed it so urgently, placed my order hoping that it would arrive soon as stated in their website and it took only 4 days to arrive and installed it and it worked perfectly fine. Thank you guys.

Rang and spoke with a beautifully helpful lady regarding a dishwasher hose, they didn't have a genuine part but offered a generic part that would still do the job.I call Bull#@%$....part did not match the inner workings of dishwasher, and I had to cut and try and fashion parts to work.Needless to say a week later still can't use dishwasher and now have to go back and purchase a genuine part to fix it.Allst while having the washer sitting in the middle of the kitchen until I can get said item ordered in.Something simple has turned into a bloody nightmare!Please do better homework in future Statewide!Cannot offer pics as butchered said part trying to make it work.
