I took both of my dogs for their vaccinations and a general checkup. The receptionist was very friendly and the vet was easy to talk too and answered any questions I had. Great experience!

I am So grateful for Charlie who was there to help our fur friend yesterday in a really horrible situation. He stayed calm the entire time, was kind and considerate. He communicated to us clearly and I can't thank him enough. I have been using Pittsworth vets on and off for years and I am thankful to have access to their services.

Went and saw these guys for our 6 months old Golden Retriever. From reception to Dr Megan they where wonderful.I was really appreciative of Dr Megan for helping me with all my questions I had and putting myself at ease as a first time dog owner. But also to her level of care and thoroughness to our Boy.Will definitely be back thank you all

RECENTLY ELIZABETH TONGE WAS A FILL IN FOR ELIZABETH TEAKLE AT CASINO CENTRAL VET CLINIC ON DECEMBER 12TH 2022 MY PARTNER AND I TOOK OUR JACK RUSSELL IN AS HE WAS VOMITING AND LIMP KNOWING MAKKA NEEDED EMERGENCY VET CARE SHE MADE HIM WAIT 3 HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM DETERATING FAST BUT SINCE WE DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO WAITTHEN SHE FINALLY GOT HIM IN LOOKING HIM OVER SHE SAID HE HAD PALE GUMS LOW HEART RATE AND MENTIONED HIS VEINS WERE FLAT ATTEMPTING MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET BLOOD SHE FINALLY GOT ENOUGH TO RUN THE TEST THAT'S WHEN SHE DROPPED THE VILE SMASHING ON THE GROUND AFTER ANOTHER HOUR TRYING TO GET MORE BLOOD SHE MENTIONED THAT SHE WAS ONLY TESTING FOR RED ND WHITE BLOOD CELLS AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PROBER MACHINE TO ACTUALLY FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM AT 7PM 5 HOURS SINCE WE ARRIVED AT VET CLINIC SHE RETURNED WITH MAKKA AND PLACED HIM IN MY PARTNERS ARMS STILL LIMP AND SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM BUT TAKE HIM HOME AND LET HIM RELAX AND IF NOT BETTER BY MORNING TO BRING HIM BACK AND SHE WOULD PUT HIM ON A DRIP KNOWING HE WASN'T WELL ENOUGH TO COME HOME SHE REASSURED US HE WAS OK TO LEAVE. SHE THEN CHARGED US $279 FOR NOTHING WE HAD NO ANSWERS AND SHE HAD JUST WASTED PRECIOUS TIME AND LET HIM SUFFER LONGER AFTER PAYING THE BILL WE LEFT ND RACED HIM STRAIGHT OVER TO LISMORE 24 HOUR VETERINARY CLINIC WHERE THE GUY TOOK ONE LOOK AT MAKKA TELLING US THE SAME SYMPTOMS BUT ALSO SAID MAKKA HAD INTERNAL BLEEDING FROM EITHER A BAIT OR SOME POISONING AFTER DOING EVERYTHING THEY COULD IT WAS TO LATE FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL LITTLE MAN AND AT 5.30AM TUESDAY 13TH OF DECEMBER 2022 MAKKA LOOK HIS LAST BREATH..AFTER SAYING OUR GOODBYES HE ASKED US ABOUT ELIZABETH SAYING IF SHE ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD CHANCE HE WOULD BE STILL WITH US TODAY..THEN AFTER GOOGLING ELIZABETH TONGE I READ THAT SHE HAD ONLY JUST FINISHED HER DEGREE IN WAGGA WAGGA.INEXPERIENCED SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TOO BE UNSUPERVISED SHE WASTED HER TIME DOING HER DEGREE SHE NEGLECTED OUR BOY WHEN HE NEEDED HER THE MOST..ITS OK FOR HER TO NOW CONTINUE TREATING OTHER ANIMALS WHILE SHE CONTINUES TO GET ON WITH HER LIFE MY PARTNER AND I HAVE LOST THE MOST AMAZING, LOYAL AND LOVING LITTLE MAN THAT BROUGHT ENDLESS LOVE ND JOY INTO OUR LIFE AND HEART..OUR HEARTS WILL BE FOREVER BROKEN..FLY HIGH OUR LITTLE ANGEL "MAKKA YOU WERE OUR FAVOURITE HELLO AND OUR HARDEST GOODBYE.."

These vets go put of their way to try and do the very best they possibly can. Very compassionate and caring beyond the call of duty. I cannot express my appreciation enough to Vet , Charlie and Imogen(offsider) for their efforts last week.Our pet sheep was unfortunately terribly injured and he did his utmost to try and save her. It was a late Friday afternoon call out and there was no excuses or rush to finish as quickly as possible to start his weekend off and I appreciate that to no end . These guys are always happy to help weather it's advice over the pH or an on farm visit.I Couldn't ask for a better furby support team. Thanks guys you are the best around. Highly recommend for all aniamls big and small
