They always employ friendly staff always a pleasure to enjoy pleasant surroundings in a frequently customer attendance alongside KMART and Jim Kidd a very popular meeting place with excellent coffee BUT to take away the membership for frequent sippers and to charge an extra 12and half percent extra on a public holiday is a very mean act.

Nice fast service and excellent food. Can get a bit busy on the weekends and public holidays. They also do a seniors special on a certain day and have other promotions running regularly.I love the breakfast and come back regularly. Would recommend.

After ordering I sat for over 40 mins waiting for my food, from where I was sitting I could see my food sitting waiting for someone to bring it over while staff where standing around talking and doing nothing.the chefs had rung the bell multiple time while the staff stood around.The time I received order it was cold, the chips where over cooked and burnt the rest of the meal was not pleasant to eat.the only reason I didn't take it back was because I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes to eat.Will not be coming back anytime soon

I had a bad experience with ocean keys branch . The staff are rudeness and not helpful at all. So service is zero. I was waiting for my food more than 45 minutes and my child was hungry and crying. I had to go back again to the order counter to explain the issue but was not helpful at all. I request to speak the Manager but too bad not available. The end I request to refund and was not accepted and I wasted another 10 minutes more until they check with Manager then they forced me to takeaway while my child front of them was crying . The worst service ever I had . I tried to asked for the manager name but was no answer. Overall the situation was so bad. This is my first time giving reviews but I have no other way to explain how bad was the staff.
