Jason did a great job quoting and actually discussed what I might want rather than just telling me (like some other companies thought was the best approach), the work done was very good quality and the installer was very efficient. Almost lost a star as communications during the custom build wasn't super hot and I had to keep prompting for updates, and the 4 week estimate was more like 7 weeks. Looks really good though so they get that star back.

The product is good but their service is below par.Initial quote was for the work to be done in 2-3 week, so deposit paid. After 3 weeks as no contact, I called up and was told it would turn up the next week. I took the day off to let him in. He took off one old security screen door, attached the new, but the measurements were wrong so it wouldn't fit. I was told it would be a priority fix because it was an unfinished job. Four days later, I call them again to find out what was going on to my 'priority job'. I got a call back saying sorry for their tardiness, but it will be there in another four day when they do their once-a-week run north of the city. Overall, it took 5-6 weeks and was well over the quoted time without any explanation or phone call to explain why.The work is done, it's fine, but if you get a quote for 2-3 weeks to make up two doors you should be able to get it in that time frame. Or at least a phone call saying why you can't.

customer service is good. Bad product or bad assembly. Haven’t use other brand security screen, not sure if other brand’s products are same as our one.
