Just had the best service again from the team today. Especially Tyson and Joe. they are always willing help. always willing to help. and problem solve with you. also there repair technician is second to none. not to mention they 9 out of 10 times have stock of products. even when they don't have stock of a particular item they are always fast to get it in for you. and not to mention they always have the best prices. have been shopping at trade tools for 20 years+ and will be for the next 20 years at least. And there no BS attitudes if they think the tool is truely good they say so. A++

Probably the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful.I’ve called a few times for information and I actually get phone calls back with the information I need in a timely fashion.Tyson always has the best advice and makes purchasing or ordering tools and accessories extremely easy.Good team and service.

I had to call up and pick up some things on my brothers behalf from this place, the service was amazing. Served by Jordan who made a clueless experience for me seemless over the phone and helped me carry alot of stuff out to my car. Genuinely felt great to have someone actually care about what sort of experience customers have.

Called up chasing up a bunch of different tools for my business spoke to jack and jordan on separate occasions. was called back within ten minutes both times to confirm everything was on its way. Picked up 2 days later, quick and efficient service. Glad to see these guys are effective operators not a common thing these days.

Just had the best service again from the team tonight. I called them with 10 minutes to closing time. The product I wanted was not in-stock and I wasn't keen on an alternative at a much higher price. So I said thanks bit nothanks. With in 4 minutes the called me back with a deal took good to pass on an alternative product, then they stayed open a few extra so O could pick up the item. Sensational service. Thankyou
