Has the cheapest fuel along this road however it can get pretty clogged up. I also got told off for reversing into a pump and they said i'm not aloud to do that at caltex fuel stations however it's common practice at the other caltex just down the road.

What in tarnation is the point of these obstacle cones, they only make entry confusing and the amount of cars that can't figure it out and nearly drive into me is ridiculous. Figure it out and fix the issue!

They don't put enough staff on for the single busy day of the week when they manipulate the price, then they didn't accept a caltex woolworths gift card and a woolworths reward card I beleive just because she didn't want to wait because it was too busy, next time put on 2 staff you cheapscapes

Queues on the evening before cyclical price rises will spill onto the road. This has improved a little with the modifications to entry. Still, expect a wait on these evenings after work hours.

I checked that this station accepts essential card and gift cards before I go ,, I put the fuel went to cashier handed the fuel voucher , he said I don’t know how to do this , he said will call his boss , he did , came back to me saying we don’t accept vouchers we only accept cards !!!!! What if I don’t have money on me !!! So please either you get trained on how to do the job or remove the sign of accepting the vouchers ,,,It doesn’t matter whether its card , or on the phone or photocopy ,, its. Valid voucher 100%

We’ve been using this service station for years. In general terms the overall experience has been satisfactory. There’s been a few instances where new rules have been introduced unbeknown to the rest of the community. Tonight’s one was a real doozy though and the icing on the cake. Apparently we are now only able to use the the pump nozzle that is on the same side as the petrol tank of your car. There are no signs, no courtesy tannoy announcement or personnel advising. Instead extensive cues and more than 20mins wait, in an already busy service station. Come on guys, that’s just not good enough, you can do better.

We couldn't pump because you had to reset, never happened before. We were waiting for 10 minutes in cold before driving off. BP down the road was also little cheaper.
