Floors were installed via our builder but we dealt with WCF directly for a few bits.Great customer Aervice, excellent product and the flooring install was stunning.Thank you!

Had floor re sanded and polished. Agreed to recommended product on the basis it would not fade. Photo below is where mat was after less than 3 months. Wrote on numerous occasions providing photographs, no response. Visited store manager, he stated he had never seen that happen and they would need to re sand. Having said they would, now refuse to do so and won’t respond.

Aaron went above and beyond to help with a carpet and hybrid flooring install for a new house we were moving into. He helped find us the best product for my budget, and managed to squeeze us into his schedule despite only giving a week or two’s notice. The carpets were installed before we moved in and look great.
