Fantastic, above and beyond customer service. Clayton (worker) offered to help me carry my items to the cash register, he also offered to assist me to my car to unload. I had to buy lots of cat food and cat litter for my parents to care for our cat for two months. Without my asking, his service was seamless, responsive and very polite. I had my two pre-schoolers with me and he saved me a couple of trips to the car.Thanks Clayton! Continue in your excellent work ethic!

I stood in the line for 15 minutes waiting for the lady to call for backup as her customer was elderly and taking awhile. Then when I thought we were at the home stretch she asks for a price check and still doesn’t call for back up. I ended up putting everything back. I also personally witnessed the staff member Bec being exceptionally rude to an elderly woman at the checkout. The woman had a face of shock. Do better seriously.

Great shop! I have been looking for button batteries to check if a toy worked but the price in the supermarket was $9 fort 4 and I didn't want to pay that in case the toy didn't work (which, incidentally, is what happened?) In the Reject shop I found a large selection and just what I wanted, 9 batteries for $2.50! Great!

Generally has a good selection and decent amount of stock. Certainly better than other stores I occasionally go to. But I personally don’t find the staff overly helpful, or friendly, and the prices are often missing from the shelves so I have no clue how much many items are. I like to get in and out, and as the staff don’t generally make themselves approachable or aren’t available, I don’t purchase items I likely would have, if the prices had been displayed.

Whenever I walk into a Reject Shop, it’s never easy to find something you’re looking for. This is the first time I’ve walked into a Reject Shop and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the guy working there, Clayton, was especially helpful. He was very knowledgeable on all his products; recommending items to me that I might need. Clayton did it in such a way that he wasn’t pushy at all. He listened to what I was after, and helped me find exactly what it was, and then some. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Clayton, you’re a rockstar mate.

Good collection. Not different from other Reject Shop. Parking is at its door. It is plus point. If you buy heavy item, like Potting Mix, it is good store considering parking. Wheel chair accessible.
