Terrible product that rips off consumers. The embed a microchip in the filter, that is $180 that they force you to change every year. We inherited a house with a billi tap. Filter has reached its expiry". No method to bypass as the company has specifically designed it to force you to buy their overpriced parts.Will be removing the tap and warning every single person we can from these vulturistic devices.They hide behind a claim that the filters need to be changed every 12 months for safety

Booked a service call. Took the day off rang Billi in the morning to confirm. They said they'd get back to me never did. Rang again in afternoon said they couldn't make it but would come the following Monday. My husband has now left for our holiday booking 4.5 hrs away I am staying in Brisbane for these people till Monday. Absolute disgusted. A phone call is all. Don't buy if you expect service

We had Micheal C come and repair our Billi as the element had gone. He was polite, friendly, showed up on time and gave me plenty of notice. Michael was very neat and tidy and also helped me with our queries I had about the Billi system. Will be using Michael again.

Had a lovely chat each time to the operator to lock in a technician to fix our tap. Technician's (Brad and Michael) were incredibly friendly and professional and broke down the problem we had in an easy to understand format. Got the tap fixed, and the system back up and running in no time.

We bought a Billi B-4000 and after a year we had issues with our hot water. We made contact with customer service and after a technician visit - all fixed.Raf our technician came out and in less than an hour we were back. Superb job, clean finish and amazing work.

Great people to deal with I've found, always super responsive and helpful. We love our Billi unit - the filtered water tastes so much better, the hot and cold are great conveniences, and we've started to make our own (diet friendly and healthy) soft drinks with the sparkling. 5 stars from us here !

Our office Billie tap broke over the holiday period. The technician Dom was there first thing the morning our office reopened again and got the tap fixed and up and running again for the new year. Great service from Dom.

Absolutely love my Billi (B-5000)! I ordered the Urban Brass finish and it just looks so beautiful in my newly renovated kitchen. Nothing beats having instant boiled or chilled filtered water. Love how I can serve up a coffee, tea, baby bottles or a refreshing cool drink within seconds! It’s a must have. You will not regret it.
