YUKI Hair Spa - Japanese Hair Salon Brisbane

Absolutely ruined my hair! I went for a cut and had a picture of myself with a shorter style, but when I showed him he barely looked at it and claimed to know what I wanted and then proceeded to hack away at my hair brutally. This process pulled a lot of my hairs out and left everything a mess uneven and my scalp in pain. Will never be going again.

Decided to try somewhere different for my haircut as I didn't want to deal with city parking for my usual hair joint. This cosy little place is tucked away in the Annerley Arcade. Ample parking in the back and best to take the stairs straight up to find the place.I absolutely LOVED my haircut! Kumi did such a wonderful job with my hair! She listened to everything I wanted & made it better. Kumi took the time & patience to make my hair perfect, in fact, my hair has never been pampered so much before. Kumi also gave me some great tips & recommendations on how to best look after my hair.I highly recommend trying this place - I will definitely be returning again. Thank-you so much Kumi for your amazing service!

I found Yuki's salon to be charming. Great work he did with my hair: Highlights/ lowlights (half), regrowth and cut. All within a reasonable price. Will definitely be back when I'm in Brisbane.

Went there for a head spa and it was amazing. Every sink I put my head over was comfortable, they put little eye masks on so your relaxed and comfortable without the lights blinding you. The place is a bit hard to find but it is 2 doors down from lifeline in a place called Annerley Arcade, down the back to your right. Well worth the money for a super relaxing day.

I got my hair permanent straightened here and a hair cut by HitomiThey are very respectful here and the studio is clean and very cool inside. There are only 3 workers here and they are lovely by what I was watching for the few hours I was here. Hitomis attention to detail was something I was blown away by and will be looking to come back here for my future hair appointments.Thankyou Hitomi.

I had a haircut with Hitomi this morning. She is really lovely and the haircut is perfect. I would love to give the hair salon 5 stars because how good she is, but I still cannot wrap my head around the price I had to pay.One of the reason I decided to go here instead of my usual hairdresser is because the price. It is advertised as $70, where my usual place will cost me $85. It is only $15 difference for some people but for me it means alot.After the haircut today, Hitomi let me know that she forgot to mentioned about the $50 extra charge for a long haircut and the final price for me to pay is $120. I was taken aback, but she did a good job and I am a very timid person and do not want to make a fuss. So I said its okay and paid the fee. I feel terrible to leave this review, because I did not say anything at the time, but I really cannot wrap my head around the final price.I am not implying that this haircut or Hitomi’s skill does not worth the price, because hitomi was really pleasant and did a really good job. But if I knew it will cost me that much, I would not go ahead with the cut as I am not the right target market for this price.$50 worth a lot for me, I had to saved up for weeks to validate the $70 haircut expense. To be hit by such a large unexpected bill was truly heart breaking.I do hope hitomi or owner of the Salon does not take offense to this. But be more mindful about this in the future.

I was so excited to go and have a hair spa. Unfortunately it was just a shampoo/condition at the basin with a blow dry at the end. I did get an extended head massage whilst at the basin but there was definitely no hair spa. My hair does feel amazing and the stylist was lovely I don’t believe this service should be called hair spa

I had both hair-cut and hair balayage at YUKI with Hitomi. I had a hair cut first which I chose the big change option as I had no idea which hair style I would go for. A month after a hair-cut, I had my balayage done. Hitomi was friendly and patient through every processes. I truly love the result ♥️ Moreover, the prices are reasonable! It’s cheaper than many Australian hair barbers here. I would definitely come back!

amazing experience, I got Keratin treatment in Yuki hair Spa. The staff are really patient and professional, yes it is a bit hard to communicate in English but they try to get what exactly you want, price is reasonable. Definitely recommend and I will be back.
