Port Mandurah Removals

Would not recommend this company.!!!!! Sounded good When I booked them, Quoted $ 120 per hour to do our move,They turned up 1 hour later than scheduled,(the last job ran over time).Move took round about 3:50 mins they rounded it up to 4 Hours, well,.. ok I wasn't going to quibble over 10 minutes but.... (extra $20 added)But then they added 15 minutes travel from depot.which was not the case they came late from previous job. (extra $30 added)But the the next thing was a $11.41 charge for paying with my debt card not a credit card,!!!! they say that's what the banks charge them.My understanding is banks can only charge the actual cost of a transaction not a sliding scale.So these little extras did not equate to a $120 per hour more like $130 +I phoned to speak to the owner he never got back.The second star was for the guys that did the lifting they did a good job.

One of the removalist guys, he was nagging and shouting and yelling all the time he was doing the job.Sometimes he was dragging and throwing the stuff on the ground.He carried the TV carelessly which caused a permanent scratch on the TV.While I was trying to help carrying someitems, he left a few items in the lobby and refused to take them to the store.They started to work on 7:30 and finished the job at 3:30 pm, while they charged me 1900$.I am really disappointed using Port Mandurah Removalist, and I will share my experience on all rating website and Facebook groups that I know.

The fellas at Port Mandurah Removals have just done 2 separate truckloads for my elderly parents moving from Mandurah to Perth and were infinitely patient, sweet and kind. There were some very heavy and difficult items as well as a staircase, all of which they dealt with stoically. Particularly want to shout out to the lovely Tee & Shaun(?sp) who did both trips, you could not have been more wonderful, Michael & Sandy are blessed to have such great employees. My parents were very impressed with Sandy in the office and Mike was so cheerful and positive on the trip he did. The overall friendliness and compassion of this company made a difficult job so much easier, thank you all, we are grateful!

We moved from a golden bay bungalow to a 3 story house in Singleton . Our new house had a billion steps . These guys were amazing . No complaints from them . They worked hard all day .Ive moved 5 times and these guys were the best . So much so that we bought them lunch and gave them a 6 pack at the end of the day .What a couple of champions!Thankyou!

The guys, Shaune and Simon did a brilliant job moving all our stuff! Never stopped. Careful and methodical in loading and unloading. Highly recommend! Thank you.

No insurance for furniture damage the owner won’t call you back about it and also damage to rental floors. 90% furniture damaged and 2 hours turned into 5. Some inappropriate comments made also with our requests of what furniture we wanted moved. Can’t fault Jess from admin however.

They moved a 188 kg bandsaw from our carport through a narrow opening, down steps and across grass into our back shed. They asked for photos and came prepared. I cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough. They were fast, efficient, very friendly and so helpful.

Worst moving experience of my life: the guys who actually pre-packed and moved me were rough, rude, careless, making inappropriate comments about the owners, the company and my belongings…even telling me as they left I should feel lucky “I’d saved myself $2000 because someone else was paying for the move”. Both guys stated they hated pre-packing, one said he didn’t show the day of pre-pack because he wasn’t doing it, the other said it was 20 years since he’d pre-packed because he hated it! The results showed inside & out of every carton … nothing was labelled, there was no logic in what was in cartons, heavy things on top literally squashed down on or dropped into light things. When cartons arrived they were dumped all over the house and garage “because you have too much shit” with no logic to where they were put. Over 1/2 the cartons packed by the guys were crushed with items broken and damaged. I’m disabled and about to have open heart surgery - when I asked for furniture or pot plants to be put in particular places I was abused and my things were ‘dumped’. I feel very sorry for the business owners - they seem genuine honest people, Jess in the office was lovely so I may have been very unlucky the day of my move but I can only be honest in what happened with my move. Unfortunately for Port Mandurah Removals two families who came to help me saw the carnage and won’t be using Port Mandurah Removals for their move Perth to Mandurah in December. I cannot recommend the two removal guys who moved me just 20 minutes up the road.
