Bryan in the service department could not have been more helpful. He responded quickly and efficiently to my requests and delivered on everything he said he would do. Very happy with his service. Andrew, the technician, called earlier than the appointed time but this was not inconvenient and he made it clear that he would call back if it was. He, too, was efficient in sorting out our problem.

The service technician from Commander, Bryan, was very helpful and patient in helping set up our office phone system so that our office can work from home.He was able to remotely connect to our system to configure settings, and stepped us through step-by-step how to use the VOIP client on our mobile.Very personable and quick response. Would recommend.

Whilst our experience with Commander hasn't been perfect, one stand out employee is Sam Mohammad. His client service and urgency is outstanding. On every occasion, we have needed assistance he responded accordingly and calmly. Thanks Sam!

I had the best experience with Commander because of Harley and Jarrin! They came in and helped me understand my current Telstra bill. Not only that, they showed me how I can improve customer service using the Commander system. We were happy to switch our providers as Harley was able to beat our current provider’s price, provided support and training on the spot which made the switch extremely easy and hassle-free. Honest, trustworthy, and prices you can’t beat! Jarrin was also very quick with his technical support. He came on site within an hour of my call and did some troubleshooting and education for us on the app. Love the service you guys provided!

Commander have the worst service I've ever been subjected to.I understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control but this company really doesn't care.We lost all phones for a week, cost me $40,000 in sales, no apologies or attempts to rectify the situation.When we approached their dispute resolution service we were intimidated and bullied by the operator to try and get us to sign a settltment that was way under what we lost.The problems continued for the life of the system and we finally ditched them and went to another provider.Obviously not happy that we bailed on them, they direct debited more funds from the account.If you want good service, stay away from these people.If you want a reliable product that has substantial up time, stay away from these people.If you want to talk to locals who understand what you're saying without having to talk over what sounds something like a farm with chickens squawking and cows mooing, stay away from these people.
