Very friendly and caring. The vet and vet nurse were wonderful; both my cats became comfortable really quickly, though they are normally shy. The vet was clear in her explanations and was clearly very knowledgeable.

We had to take our dog here for an emergency, absolutely awesome care available any time of day (including 2 follow up visits) and entire team were amazing. Very professional but friendly and reassuring. 100% would recommend. Also right next to the freeway so nice and easy to find in an emergency! Our Dog is now back to full health and I'm sure this was due to the outstanding care and attention he received.

Baldivis vet hospital were very professional and explained what my dog needed to feel better. I felt like we’re listened to and Yoda(my dog) was treated very well.

I noticed my cat acting a little off one day and all the vet clinics around us were fully booked or closed. We ended up taking Max to Baldivis Vet Hospital and I'm very grateful we did as it turned out he was experiencing a bladder issue that needed emergency care. The staff were lovely, reassuring and explained the process clearly - frequently calling to keep me updated and checking in on his wellbeing when he arrived home. During a stressful, sleepless time with multiple visits to the clinic I always felt as though Max received the best care possible. The vet took the time to explain the medications and the proper diet to try and get the issue under control. It's been a couple of months since and he is now a very happy boy again ☺️. A huge thank you to Dr. Jayden and the vet nurse during the initial consultation for making me feel comfortable to leave him in their skilled care and big thanks to all the other staff at the clinic too.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Baldivis vets regarding my dog's repeat medication. My dog suffers from a condition that severely affects his welfare

We came in for a weekend visit as our dog showed signs of lameness. Our usual vet is not open for weekends. The service we received was second to none. We were so impressed we will be using this Veterinary Practice for all our future requirements.

HiI was so impressed with the care and support they gave me, I took little Bear (toy poodle) to them as he had been attacked by another dog on the beach. Service was quick and the cost was a lot less than I thought it would be as we come home with all his after care medication.Thank you to all the staff for everything you did for us last night.Regards Ilsa

Recently lost our two pet dogs due to old age. The staff here were so caring and compassionate even sending us condolence cards. Such wonderful people ❤️

Kind, knowledgeable and caring practice. We used the walk in clinic after our cat cut her leg. Dr Stephanie was very thorough and had a lovely manner when she held her. Would highly recommend, thank you.
