Brother Ibrahim is great with all agesFrom novices to guys who have plenty of experience under their belt.Its a blessing to train here. If you are huffing and puffing he will give you 10seconds to catch your breathe. can be a hard task master when he sees your slacking off. One free session is a must before you start.You will never look back

Great gym to train with, with a great bunch of guys. Been going to Iron Hook for a few years now and really happy with the approach the coach (Ibby) takes and the team environment. Suitable for beginners to advanced, as well as kids, teens and adults. Even have my nephew coming along these days.
