Lisa is a fantastic massage therapist and a caring professional. I go to Lisa regularly for remedial massage and dry needling. Occasionally I treat myself to an amazing Indian head massage and Lisa and her team also offer relaxing massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage massage, kinesiology taping and reflexology. The treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. Lisa is friendly but professional and I always walk out feeling like a million dollars!!

I've been getting treated at Body Balance Health and Wellness since 2017. Being fairly active as I regularly play soccer and go to the gym about 5 times a week, I often have pain and soreness across my body. Lisa and her team are fantastic in pinpointing and rectifying any issues I'm having through remedial massage and dry needling. I can't recommend them enough! Here to many more years of treatments! :)
