The room was comfortable and pleasant with all the basic amenities. Host Mitchell was friendly and helpful. Book early: charges with last-minute bookings are somewhat higher.

Elm Tree Motel
It's a 4 star motel, but the showers are 5 star - hot the instant you turn them on, great water pressure, and huge. I also ate the mini-bar lollies, but when I tried to sneakily replace them from the supermarket they were actually more expensive there. Go figure.

Great welcome from the owner. Plenty of local information and service with a smile. Stayed for an extra night than originally planned. Great in-room dining option in conjunction with a local restaurant delivered to your room. Can't fault it, value for money.

Well located motel a short distance from town. Friendly service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Fairly new decor and amenities. Wifi service Is adequate but not great.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom seemed like recently renovated and on par with any modern apartment. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely visit again.

Elm Tree Motel
A lovely motel in a quaint town to break the journey along the Great South Road. We were warmly greeted and helped by Jess to find our way to local eateries. The room suited our one night stay before heading out to the foreshore and walks around the bay. Lots of locals out using the walking and cycle tracks. Interesting coast line with lots to view at each bay. Only thing we found was that many eateries were booked out. Something that you might need to plan ahead for.

Elm Tree Motel
We stayed overnight, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, we loved the large bathroom and large shower. We had no noise from traffic during the night. We highly recommend this motel to anyone wanting a place to stay within walking distance to the main shopping precinct of Warrnambool. It's right near a KFC, which could be handy and the drive thru posed no problems in regard to noise. We would definitely stay again if we needed accommodation.

Great place to stay. Very good location. Our room was clean and generous in size. The bathroom was huge and shower was one of the best ever. A small motel, in the number of rooms, but excellent accommodation. Look forward to staying there again.

High quality, roomy, lots of bench space in bath & living rooms, clean, well insulated from street/other room noise, big TV, VERY comfortable bed (had the King), clean shower with very good shower head/water pressure, modern taps with constant/reliable hot water. Clean curtains that provide privacy. Friendly owners.Not cheap, but you get your money’s worth. Warrnambool has many grubby motels. You won’t have to worry about that here - they respect cleanliness.
