The older man behind the counter didn't bother to come over and ask us if we needed help, so we approached him and said we were looking for a new bbq and what did he have on sale. Was told by the rude gentleman that Australians don’t know how to bbq when I asked if I could get a bbq plate for the Ziggy 2 burner I wanted. I told him I had $1000 in my pocket and he wasn’t getting it, he responded “oh well” I left and drove down to the Kawana store and was very well looked after. I’ll give them 5 stars.

Simple, I went in with an issue with an existing combustion fire (mainly flue) issue and walked out with parts and a solution.Turns out what I purchased was the wrong size so a phone call from my roof, I was given a solution and back on track. Thanks for the support

Always helpful, bought our zeigler bbq and our fireplace from here haven't had any issues with either and get our gas bottle filled and checked here too.

An amazing store, we came in with a non working bbq that was under warranty and they tried so hard to fix it but were unable, and although it wasn’t bought there they arranged for a replacement. Thank you, you are amazing.

Never had any problems.well presented shop. Best of all, every 5th gas bottle is free!(to fill up, that is) good parking too!
