Cor Pilates

Was feeling a little nervous about stepping into the reformer pilates world, but Elisha and her team made me feel so incredibly comfortable that I almost cannot remember life without it. Not only that but the studio is so thoughtfully designed with most beautiful features that if feels like you're working out in luxurious palm springs. Cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely incredible - it’s taken me a long time to find exercise that I enjoy. Elisha has created a very welcoming, fun community where everyone can feel comfortable challenging themselves. All of the Pilates instructors are extremely knowledgeable at creating a safe environment (in addition to giving specific feedback to make you to feel the burn). Cor Pilates is a wholesome and welcoming studio. The classes a strong challenging and also very achievable, making you feel strong and powerful when you leave the space. The studio feels like a second home for so many of us and I am so grateful to be apart of this community.

Absolutely loving Cor Pilates, to say I am obsessed is an understatement. I have now had the pleasure of attending all of the instructors classes and I love how they all bring something different! Everyone is so welcoming. I can't recommend Cor Pilates Studio enough. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make you feel successful in the movements. Elisha has set up the most beautiful space, and I feel so lucky to have found it. Give it a try – you won't be disappointed!

Elisha and the rest of the Cor team are the absolute best of the best. I started with the foundation classes and immediately felt so comfortable. These classes are now one of my favourite parts of the week. I feel so lucky to have this space so close to home and to share it with amazing community of women that comes with it.
