Very friendly staff, as they're kind and willing to help, and a good range of items at decent price points. The store is rather cluttered, so it's hard to move around it when you have shopping bags. Overall, it's your average kitchen supply store.

Very bad experience when you try to return a faulty item. They blocked the policy by using a vase of flowers. When they selling they didn’t mention it. But when you want to return, they will take of the vase and show you. The staff did not admit their products have quality problems, even though it’s already verified this is faulty item. They have many excuse. It seems that Customers have the same right to claim a refund whether they bought a reduced price item or a full price item. It is illegal to display a no refund for sales items" sign."

A great shop where you'll find everything you need for your kitchen. The merchandise is quality. If you're lucky enough you may find I have a sale on when you visit. Prices are generally good, staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was looking for an attachment part for my mixer which is not commonly stocked. Online What’s Cooking had the best price by far but I was concerned that it wouldn’t arrive in time so I called my local store and Julianne and the team were so helpful - she checked and organised for the item to be brought in quickly, she was friendly and had good communication throughout. They managed to rush in the item as promised and I was able to pop in store to pick up. This experience is why bricks-&-mortar stores with customer service professionals will beat the online shopping experience every time.

Never buy from this shop. Bought a so called dishwasher safe cake tin that rusted. Tried to return it but the owner argued that the rust was safe. Unbelievable.
