I would give 6 stars if it were possible!Rooms are clean and modernly furnished. Staff always friendly and competent. Helpful in all situations! A place to feel good and relax after work. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 weeks there. I can't wait to go there again! We met as strangers and left as friends!" The restaurant!!!! Went for lunch. Middle of the road chicken & pumpkin pasta dish but overpriced for lunch. Large serving more the size for dinner, not lunch. Would have liked to see a seafood pasta on the lunchtime menu. Cherry bomb cocktail tasted like cherry cordial. Could not taste any bacadi in it at all. $15 for a cordial is a bit rich! Service good., But don't think I will return.

Why pick up the phone if you don’t want to be helpful? Of course the resort is great as per other reviews, but how the owner conducts himself over the phone is not. If you need further information from a customer over the phone, as the business representative it is your responsibility to ask that question - it’s a bit unfair to snap at me for not providing any information when you fail to ask in the first place. I understand you are busy, but you’re running the most popular resort in town during the Christmas break period so I’m not sure what else you’d expect. This isn’t the first negative interaction I’ve had with you over the phone - if it’s really that hard to remain polite and professional, may I suggest a text message service?

Spotless and quiet. Lovely pool area with beautiful gardens. Super friendly service. Resturant had great food . Highly recommend it to families

Travelling north we booked an overnight stay at the resort. For the price, it was very spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was attractive and shower hot and refreshing. The king bed was heavenly. We had dinner at the Oasis Restaurant. Service was polite and food good. There was some sort of mix up with our table booking. I had phoned the booking through reception but the restaurant had no record. Good thing they were able to fit us in.The pool looked inviting but we were too tired from travelling to bother.Only problem we had was getting into the resort when travelling north. We had to do a U-turn at a roundabout. Thanks GPS.

Was a great, clean stop. I didn't stay for long, just a night but thought the room and pool were lovely. Room service was really expensive but I guess that's standard.

Fantastic, great service. Rooms are spotless fresh and comfortable. meals at restaurant are top notch and best customer service I've received at a restaurant in a long time. Great work to the staff & thanks for having me

Modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Self check-in very straight forward. Lovely pool area. Restaurant was closed but the Parkhurst Tavern down the road was also brilliant value with perfectly cooked steaks and Not expensive. Will be staying again on road trips, even though its out of town.

Went there for work, while away from home. Bill and his crew were excellent. Limited menu for me but 100% for the food and service. Couldn't have asked for better for my needs. Can't comment on costs as company paid. Not one thing I could point at and say, that could have been better." Only thing I found was rooms were too quiet. I am used to street noises. Hardly a complaint but sleep didn't come as easy. Would go back."
