I received a surprise e-mail from Andrew advising me that he had negotiated a further discount to my interest rates this month, without me asking! Never had this from any bank before - great initiative and customer service from Andrew. It really shows how much they care about their customers!

Really easy refinance process and very kind staff. Although I got a small hamper and bottle of wine when I had refinanced my home with other banks. I only got a key ring with ANZ, that was a little disappointing.
