Endeavour Delivery

Absolutely useless. Dan Murphy’s delivery. The delivery driver didn’t even get out of his van and attempt delivery. His excuse was he couldn’t find a park. This was confirmed in the notes at the local Dan Murphy’s shop. These bozo’s think people are happy to sit around all day for them to not even attempt a delivery and then do it all again the next day or next week. Atrocious. NO STARS review. This also reflects poorly on Dan Murphy’s.

I purchased a bottle of wine through Dan Murphy's ebay store and was worried that it was being sent by endeavour delivery after reading all the negative reviews about them. But I was wrong. My experience with them was nothing but positive as I was informed all the way as to the status of my delivery. It was ordered on Monday and due to be delivered by the following Sunday and delivered before the due time on the Friday. The driver was friendly and personable, so therefore I can only compliment them on a good job. I wouldn't normally leave a review about a delivery company but given all the negative feedback they receive I feel my reviewing their service is justified.

Are these the worst couriers in Australia? Hard to believe a company exists that is slower, less reliable and more frustrating than Australia Post. All email inquiries go unanswered, the phone is constantly engaged and when you do finally get though, you're put on hold indefinitely. I've been trying to contact them for 2 days without success. Their tracking information shows my order has been sitting in their Sydney depot (less than 2 hours away from me) for the last 10 days, without moving. I have never come across a delivery service this bad. Dan Murphys have lost me as an online customer because of this and anyone who's tempted to order from them online, should know that their order may not arrive at all, and that finding out what happened to your order will be impossible.

I've given them 1 star but they actually deserve 0. They deliver only during normal work hours so if you have a full time job don't even bother using, can't get through on the phone to try and cancel your order because they just leave you on hold. They deliver for dan murphys which I wasn't aware of until it was too late, ordered a $150 bottle of rum and a bottle of pink gin, they left the $150 bottle at my door without a signature but kept trying to redliver the other bottle 6 bloody times as I couldn't get through on the phone to cancel! Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

Terrible customer service - delivery was late had to spend all day housebound waiting. Don’t understand why Dan Murphy’s are using them. Never ordering online again .

Shocking service.Wasn't given a delivery dates when purchasing from Dan Murphys so could not organise to be home to collect the order.Missed the delivery and trying to reschedule with them was a nightmare. I was on hold for over one hour and did not have a choice of a re-delivery date.Avoid these guys at all cost.

One star review. Couldn't select zero. Wont use Dan Murphys delivery service again these guys are ordinary at best.

0 Stars - Absolutely Horrible Delivery Service. Firstly no option to get the goods dropped off at the door or left at the nearest Dan Murphy's to pick up if no one is home. If both people work (which in my case we both do) good luck getting the order again within the next 4 days. We were told you will have to wait until Monday on the Wednesday as they couldn't leave the goods at the door. DO NOT EVEN TRY BOTHER calling up to track the order, it automatically puts you through to hold for a minimum of 30 minutes, I rang at 9:00am when they opened but everyone was taking other calls". After being put on hold for 30 minutes the call just ended on Endeavors behalf. I purely left it on hold for amusements purposes and did not get through in a 2 hour period. There delivery time was between 10:00 & 2pm. The tracking system on there website just refreshed without doing anything either. So that was useless. Summary - If you aren't home to take an order good luck getting through to anyone

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE! Whatever you do, do not order online from Dan Murphy’s if they are going to use this service. They’re extremely unreliable & rude on the phone when trying to figure out where your parcel is. I had no correspondence to when my order was going to arrive therefore wasn’t home in time for the delivery. I then rescheduled to a different day (keep in mind the hours are ridiculous! Mon-fri 9-5)- like any one is home at that time except seniors. They then didn’t message me again, so I called Dan Murphy’s and they advised it was being delivered that day and surprise, it wasn’t delivered after I had waited at home all day.Never ever again will I use their service. How they’re still operating based on their reviews I can’t figure it out.
