The staff here are so rude and judgement for no reason, always have given me such bad energy. Only had one positive interaction and it was with one of the male workers.

I dont know why I continue to try purchasing from this store. Everytime I have been in one, i end up walking out after 30 minutes of trying to request help only ro be ignored.

There is complete range of required products. Prices are very high but you do get good value. However, strongly recommend to get some active staff who would love and recommend products to match the skins..thanks

I find that I rarely ever get good customer service in Highpoint and rarely do I leave reviews however, I have to commend the staff at the Sephora here. I have had so many great experiences here that it’s worth sharing. Every time I come in, I am always met with such enthusiasm, kindness and a genuine desire to help. They take the time to get to know my personal preferences so they can recommend great products and they are always spot on. This is my go-to Sephora and I hope they keep up the great service! A big thank you to them!

Worst customer service, they look so miserable which they put it out on their customers. No smile no nothing and worst attitude. You should teach your employees some customer service

Jasmine in the skincare section was so sweet and helpful and Yamna in the makeup section was very nice and attentive and spent a lot of time helping us. Amazing customer service from both ladies.

Never the sort of person to leave reviews to be honest. 18/01/23 around 5pm. The security guard within the location was extremely rude to multiple people within the store. Wont be returning here as there was unnecessary rudeness from this man.

the workers at sephora failed to help me choose a skin tint. i asked the worker for some help and she simply walked away and asked someone else to help me. she then grabbed the shades and basically made me do the work and figure out my own skin shade, mind u i have never colour matched. i expected the worker to give me her opinions on the shade and help me with the application but instead she did not.

A few of the staff were quite helpful in finding the right products, however there were a group of 6-7 girls all sitting together at the makeup mirror stations doing their own makeup, and chatting and laughing loudly amongst themselves. Truly shows the unprofessionalism of some of the employees there. Not quite impressed.

I thought I was the only one who experienced the worse customer service from Sephora at High Point, but it appears many customers experienced the same thing. I was standing around in the store waiting to get served for at least 20mins or more, but still, No one showed up. The staff are too busy chatting while many customers wait for ages. AND some staff ignored me walking past, not even willing to help. I will never go back to the High Point store again. I know the management teams wouldn’t care less, but to all the customers out there, if you need help, don’t even bother to come here.
