We recently purchased our new vehicle from Keema Nissan and could not be more happy with the service from the entire team from start to finish and particularly with Joel Dean from sales who went in batting on our behalf and bending over backwards to make sure we were happy and satisfied!We dropped by a few times initially to just have a look and there was no 'BUY THIS TODAY' or 'TODAY ONLY OFFER' which we received from other dealerships! Joel was an absolute champ - even though we said we weren't going to buy today he answered all our questions, showed us options, happily spoke about other competitive brands honestly without trash talk, gave us all the information that we needed and more!When we returned talking business Joel made the whole business end of the process fun and enjoyable and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted! Steve was fantastic talking numbers and figures and easily beat other major banks finance options and happily explained all the bits and bobs and took all our curly questions without a bat of an eyelash.From start to finish the whole team was communicative and accommodating and we will certainly come back to these guys first when its time to purchase another vehicle. :)

I had a heap of questions and delayed a couple of times to visit other dealerships, but Joel fought for the best price and never pushed me to make a deal before I was ready. George and his team at Keema Nissan were honest and easy to deal with. We ordered a Nissan Patrol in February with a delay in supply date and they kept us informed and up-to-date with the progress right until the vehicle arrived. Due to the delay, we had to make a change within our order and they were obliging and easy to work with. Can recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Rip offs and avoid them at all cost.Got a 2010 Nissan Murano with engine code p07044 which is a CVT issue and towed to them because they are close.They refused to provide any info on the error code when called and cost me nearly $400 with a result that due to the code the cvt must be replaced (more than 13k).Poor quality CVT and service.

Recently bought a brand new car from them. Joel and Adrian went above and beyond for myself and my partner to make sure we got a car we loved. Highly recommend stopping by here if you're in the market for a car.

Have to say a huge thank you to Joel at Mt Gravatt. Nissan was the fourth dealer I went into on Logan Road. After looking a variety of models of Utes with sales men who were dismissive, rude and condescending I was a bit cranky when I went to Nissan to look at a Navara. I was a woman with cash. I didn’t need finance and each of the previous dealers basically couldn’t be bothered. Joel took me over to a Navara after I explained what I was needing. He went through all the features and took me for a test drive. I noticed a couple from another dealership up the road walk in after me. The next day I came back for another test drive and saw the couple again. I said hello and they told me they had bought the red Navara. We talked about how the guys at this dealership were so much nicer than at the other places we had been. Nothing was two much trouble. They listened and provided solutions within our budgets and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother. Joel has even followed up to see if I still love the car. I do and I am so grateful to Joel and George for turning a frustrating experience into a really enjoyable one. Thank you.
