Plush Osborne Park

We needed to purchase a new Sofa asap and called into Plush Osborne Park. The sales manager Rodney is amazing. He was so helpful with all of our questions and never pushy. He was genuinely interested in finding the best product for us. Black Friday special was available and Rodney allowed us into the shop way before opening time on Sunday so he could attend to our needs and complete the purchase. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

We can't thank Felicia enough for her outstanding service at Plush Osborne Park Showroom. She was very informative about all the products available, explained the features and the ability to customize the product we were looking at to suit our needs. Importantly she also gave us the time to discuss our options privately and didn't pressure us in any way. We visited a number of furtniture stores over the Christmas period and after spotting a sofa that we absolutely loved at the Plush showroom in Osborne Park, we were greeted by the wonderful Natalia who was ever so polite and helpful. Natalia ran us through all the details of the sofa and answered any questions we had - including scenarios of how we might fight the modular sofa into our limited lounge room space. My wife and I left the store discussing how great the customer service had been from Natalia, and how impressed we were with the Plush range of sofa's.We absolutely cannot wait for our new sofa to arrive and highly recommend the PLUSH brand to anyone shopping for a new sofa!Aaron & Amalia

Sorry for giving a one-star rating to the business, but this situation has truly been quite frustrating. I placed an order for a single armchair, which happened to be the last piece available in the showroom, and it was just a short 5-minute drive away from my home. However, I was informed that it's against the company's policy to allow customers to pick up their purchases, and instead, the sofa could only be delivered.I paid $85 for the delivery service and was told to expect a two-week wait. After the two weeks had passed, I called twice for an update, only to be informed that the sofa had just been picked up for delivery and would now take an additional 3 weeks to arrive.I must say that the salesperson I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and I understand that this issue is not their fault. However, I can't help but wonder why the delivery process is causing such delays. If the company is overwhelmed with orders, perhaps they should consider allowing customers to pick up their items themselves. After all, it is the 21st century, and waiting 12 months for fashion items to be shipped from Paris seems excessive.I apologize if my tone on the phone was frustrating; it's simply because I believe there is room for improvement in this situation, and I genuinely think it can be resolved.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We dropped into the Osborne Park store as in the area and met the lovely Natalia. While we were not intending to purchase a new lounge at this time her friendly, caring service, great listening and questions about what we may be looking for and recommendations lead us to making a purchase. She provided information, fabric swatches and after considerations overnight we went back and placed our order. Even with a colour change she was happy to re-do orders and provided detailed information about the order, delivery period and details around warranty and ongoing care. While we do have a long wait until delivery, we are very happy with our selection and have no doubt we will be just as happy with the product and have recommended both Natalia and Plush to family who are looking to purchase new furniture. Natalia is certainly a great asset to this business!

Their delivery team and customer service are in overseas. Any issues with the product, you can keep on contact them without any results. Store at Osborne Park say we don't have any control over them. Think wisely before you go to this store

Extremely long construction and delivery time, and you're on your own if something goes wrong.Extremely inflexible. No partial refunds or store credit, even when you'd think a couch could be resold on the shop floor as it simply didn't quite fit though my building's stairwell doors (2 inches of the headrest couldn't quite clear). Didn't even offer to refund the extra warranty I'd bought. Store manager taunted me to complain to authorities unprovoked, like he was used to it and got his kicks out of it.Best to avoid this place. Other companies work to keep your goodwill after they've taken your money.

I have to commend the staff at the Osborne Park showroom for the friendly and attentive service that I received whilst deciding on my first purchase with Plush. In particular, Natalia was simply THE BEST salesperson to deal with! She was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice on choosing the right fabric for the couch to suit my needs. Even with the multiple visits I made to the store trying to make a final decision, she was always so patient and took the time to discuss any queries I had. She had the most friendly and welcoming nature and did not push or pressure me into making a decision. She was great fun to deal with and made my first buying experience at Plush an enjoyable one!

Big shout out to the staff in Osborne park. Rodney, Sany and Felicia have all been amazing during the entire sales process. Rodney went out of his way to make sure I could buy a rug that was sold out online, he made a couple of phone calls for me and he managed to sell me one of the last rugs available. I also bought a beautiful couch after having browsed around in many shops.Thanks to the service of Felicia and Sany I decided to buy my couch at Plush Osborne Park.
