Emailed on a Wednesday to get a quote. When I had heard nothing... not even an acknowledgement of my email I called at 5pm the Friday to see if my email had been received. Was told they had been too busy to respond and would get back to me the next week, I did say they could have at least responded to my email to let me know that. At 4.30pm on Saturday I just received a phone call from a lady? telling me I was rude to call them on a Friday at 5pm, to never call them again and to &^%#$ off. Customer service A+++ not!
