what a great service from the employees , from talking to them on the phone and going in to see them in person. best service I've seen in a long time... very polite and friendly.they even showed me the old part they replaced, and explained how it works...highly recommended . These guys!! They have been looking after my car for a few years now and I have been very happy with their responsiveness and all the work they've done on my car. Their service is top notch and I have not had any troubles with it since I started taking my car to Campbelltown Ultratune!! I highly recommend Nick and his team.

I've been a regular customer for years until today... when I was told I'm not interested in doing the job" when I was trying to book my car in.Last time I was charged around $450 for replacing the brake lines when the original brake lines cost $50 for both. One of the guys told me they charge $120 per hour if I could bring my parts.This time I sourced the parts myself and called to book the car in to be told "I'm not interested in doing the job" when I said I've got the parts. I had to call another shop and they were happy to help.I can't leave 1 star because I was always happy with the service even if it wasn't the cheapest

Very grateful for you squeezing me in before my planned trip. There was an issue with the service provided which was responded to with a high level of professionalism and proactive steps were taken as a result. As a result I would be confident in bringing my car back and would recommend to others. Especially as a female customer I have not always found automotive service providers this honest and professional in the past so I was very impressed.
