Just wanted laminated family photo collage in a frame Within 3 months it Bowed Out of control. The laminate had failed. Never had that happened but here I paid hundreds of dollars for this frame and laminate. I was NOT WARNED THIS COULD HAPPEN!I took the photo in to see what can happen. He said can't be the laminating must be positioned in the sun, when there's never been sun on it. Nothing to do with him he said. He took zero responsibility and charged me an extra $160 for glass that I never wanted.As a business owner myself, ethically I would have deducted the cost of the faulty laminate from the glass I now had to get which I never wanted. But not this man. No way.DO NOT GET THE LAMINATING FROM HIM, IT WILL BE THE END OF YOUR PHOTOS UNLESS YOU GET GLASS. That was ANOTHER $160 for nothing. ALMOST $500 spent (that's half a thousand dollars for one framed family collage, AND he never even made the print, I got that elsewhere and paid that on top. His job was simply to laminate and frame which at the very least should come with some sort of guarantee you would think. I'm a very unhappy customer and I'll shared my experience, all because of how it was handled, not so much for the fault, anything is forgivable. All I remember is how I felt, which was blamed someone else's defective work and had to pay extra for the privilege.

Once again I am so happy with beautiful detail to framing a Well loved piece of Art for my sons Graduation.He absolutely loves it.Fantastic customer service too

I took in a painted canvas I had recently bought that they stretched over a wooden frame and I loved the result. They did exactly as I requested and Chris was really great to deal with.

Chris helped me to choose the perfect frame and linen mat for my husband's painting on canvas board. While I was in the queue, I noticed that he focuses in patiently on the wishes of each customer, resulting in a beautiful end product. My frame enhances the painting, giving it added depth and bringing out its beautiful colours. Most impressive is that the back of the frame is as expertly and carefully finished off, as the front. The price was very reasonable, comparing favourably with online framing sites. My husband will be delighted. Thank you Chris!

I had 3 identical custom frames completed with family members medals from WW1 and and WW2 complete with old photos and the original soldiers release books. These look beautiful and have pride of place in our home. I am so pleased that I will have this treasured family keepsakes that will proudly be passed on to my grandchildren.

Chris and Emma of VIP Quality Picture Framing did an excellent job mounting and framing 2 hand painted silk traditional prints we brought back from our travels to Malacca.
