So straightforward and easy. Our 13 year old Toyota Yaris had been advertised online for over a month, with only 3 enquires - and 2 of those were scams. We took the car to D&R, and Darren offered us a very fair price on the spot. Finances and paperwork were sorted out seamlessly, and the money was in our account immediately. Darren has changed everything I’ve ever thought about car salesmen. I’ve now purchased two cars from Darren. The first was in fantastic condition and reasonably priced and we never had an issue with it. After the first great experience we went back 6 months ago a bought a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. Ran great from day one until two weeks ago when we lost all power on the highway. Got it towed to Darren and once we made contact, he took the car on and worked daily to figure out the problem. Still having issues with it he sent it to a diesel mechanic who found the very tricky issue and fixed it up within two days. Darren took on all costs out of his own pocket and I couldn’t be any more grateful at this time in life. You will not find anyone more genuine and willing to help. We’ll definitely be back if we buy again!

Very good customer service. Easy transaction. No hassles at all. Bought an older vehicle and its in amazing condition. I was happy to just get it, but Darren made sure to run me through the entire vehicle. Very honest and mentioned the only thing that needed addressing was regassing the aircon. Got that done yesterday and now car is perfect for my needs. Thanks mate.

Mate went there and bought a 4wd Triton for his son. On the way home with it, the brakes failed but they avoided an accident. D&R recovered the vehicle and found the Master Cylinder had totally failed. Not content with just fixing it, D & R replaced ALL the brake parts right around the vehicle. Now THAT is customer service. So my mate also bought an FG XR50 for himself. Customer service pays off, and D&R Provide it.

Great customer service! My wife recently purchased a car from here and after 4 months there was an issue with the steering. I was thinking the same as everyone else would have been, just out of warranty that would be right. Well we took it in and not only did they fix the issue free of charge, they could have put a bandaid on it by just replacing the seals but instead replaced the entire steering rack. Cant recommend this place highly enough

Turns out there is such a thing as a honest car salesman..Darren is beyond wonderful, he is not only friendly but is as trustworthy as they come..after buying our first car from D and R Auto we would never go anywhere else again..we have recommended Darren to all our friends and family and in total over 10 cars have been purchased..everyone of them a reliable vehicle..I cannot recommended or speak more highly of Darren, Robyn and Scotty enough, you will not be disappointed in buying from them. I recently had my car totalled and was in desperate need of something reliable immediately. I tried a few car yards but they just wanted to push other cars that I didn't want.
