Recently moved to area sitting on floor in my unit found a sofa in vinnies asked if I could pay for it and organise delivery - I was told they don’t have delivery - fair enough but they will only keep it for 2 days and after ringing around I can’t organise a pick up for a week - not very compassionate although staff were nice and apologetic

This is the most over priced Vinnies I have ever been to. And not being mean about Lavington but it's not a well off area. What do they think this is? An antique store? And they get it all for free? The person doing the pricing needs to wake up and realise they should be helping the poor not ripping off the rich.

Trudy and Robert at Vinnies are honestly the most wonderful people I've ever met.I went to Vinnies with my two toddlers who were running around as toddlers do, and Robert and Trudy were so helpful to help watch them so I could try on some clothes.I am so grateful to these two people. And Vinnies as a business always have some great bargains. 5/5 ❤

This Vinnies is located on a main road in Lavington and is pretty easy to get parking out the front. The customer service folks where really friendly and helpful as I was there to get a specific thing. It has a lot of stock but could be even better if things were laid out differently.

They removed donation box nearby. I had two pairs of good condition shoes to donate (I even washed & dried them nicely)and arrived 2minutes after their closing time. (4:47 and they closed 4:45). There were still people inside the shop so I told them I have something to donate. The guy in hi-vis was adamant that they were closed. I tried to do something nice but ended up dumping those shoes in the rubbish bin near by. I always try to donate good quality things but probably won’t do ever again.

You are supposed to be there to support those in need. You have increased your clothing to be the dearest op shop in town , honestly I can get cheaper clothing at K MartAND it is brand new
