Went inside to order recently as the drive thru was very busy. I'm happy we did as we got to see how filthy this store is where they are cooking our dinner.. gobsmacked.. the meal was not good.. this use to be a great store once

Just bought 2 original with bacon and cheese.Look guys your over an hour till close and you just served us the worse KFC I have had. My wife almost broke her teeth trying to bite through what poor excuse for a chicken sandle you served up. .. surely you have things in place to prevent 5 hour chicken fillets to be replaced with fresh??? Surely. We are tired just finished work and you absolutely ruined our night. Don’t go to work if you hate it. If you turn up have a go or just go home.We did not even trust it by it’s smell and bypassed my dogs to the bin. Disappointed. Like… big time. And always wondered why your line ups were so long. You must be dealing icing sugar through the window because it’s definitely not the Master Kernel’s dream.

Not very happy with the size and quality for the value of my hot and spicy nuggets today service was very slow which is not good for a fast food place when not busy no much customers and I have to drive back to the driveway to pick up my food while I was told to wait 8 minutes in the waiting parking zone. After 15 minutes I thought the workers forgot my food.Pretty bad customer service and won't be back to eat this food.

Ordered the most simplest thing and waited 15 minutes. Not sure if everyone was having a bad day but just need to work faster and get things out quicker

I’m disgusted in your service skills I asked to order and a lady told me to f off and I only asked if they had an happy meal and they said F off because I am Indian.I am highly offended of their behaviour. Worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime.From Raj

Drive through very busy but I shopped in store & service was quick & friendly. Most probably the best KFC we have ever purchased over the years. Don't get it often as have had some bad experiences with the food & service.

A bit disappointing, I understand the wait on delivery isn’t in the restaurants hands. But if I have to wait for so long for food that I paid a shocking $9 delivery fee for I expect you to hand the driver HOT food, not make my order 30 minutes before the driver even gets there. I live a 5 minute drive away so there’s no reason my food shouldn’t have been hot. The bag wasn’t even warm. Surely you noticed that! No mash and gravy with my order the wrong dipping sauces. And it seems the only thing you did to make up for these issues is to give me 1 extra WRONG dipping sauce and an extra small cold fries. After a night at work and not having anything available to make at home a hot meal would have been nice.
