Complete Leather Care WA

We used Complete Leathercare to repair our leather lounge which has gotten a bit worse for wear after several years of abuse from young kids and dogs! The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and sent someone out to give us a quote the following day. We were very happy with the finished product and thought the price was quite reasonable considering the good quality of the job. It almost looks brand new again! I would recommend this company.

I had made initial contact at the beginning of the year regarding my white leather couch and was told that removing the stains would be a risky waste of money and time, whereas other specialists in Perth gladly quoted me and made false promises (dont buy reconstituted leather people!). I really appreciated Geoff's honesty in turning away a job that others gladly took on (that would have been disastrous to say the least). Have recently had our leather couch repaired and cleaned by Complete Leather Care. A couple of places I contacted wanted me to send in photos and weren't very helpful. Complete Leather Care came out to the house and explained exactly what needed doing to fix the couch. I received a quote which I thought was reasonably. The two men who came to pick up and deliver the couch (which was in 3 pieces) after the work had been done were very pleasant, arrived at the time stated and were very careful with the couch and even fitted it all back together again. I was very impressed with the work Complete Leather Care carried out and the couch looks brand new again.

I would give Complete Leather Care six stars if I could. Outstanding and attentive service; exceptional quality of materials and workmanship. I could not be more pleased.I needed advice on what to do about the worn out cushions on a 30 year old Chesterfield sofa. I could not find anyone locally (too many franchised chain leather restorers ... no thanks) so took a punt and emailed Complete Leather Care with photos of my cushions. I imagined that dealing with an interstate firm would be an expensive hassle, but I was completely wrong.Peter contacted me (by phone!) and gave me a realistic view of what would be needed to refurbish my cushions, what was involved and how long it would take. His appraisal was completely accurate and they returned the repaired cushions to me within the anticipated timeframe. No delays. No nasty surprises. No unexpected costs.The only surprise I had was how good the cushions look! The colour and leather texture were matched perfectly. I recently had my three seat and two seat leather lounges refurbished and I am astounded at the quality of the work. I am so glad we made the decision to refurbish rather than buy new. The service provided by Hieu and his staff was astounding. We were invited to check their initial work to ensure total satisfaction and they did a brilliant job with delivering too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had the good luck to have Geoff and his crew be able to rectify the mess that all leather care made of my Bentley.we were in despair when we saw the results of all leather dont care, after a week, of their appalling work, different colours and the surface cracking like you cant believe, too many phone calls and false promise no shows, we were advised by Gascoignes to go to COMPETE LEATHER CARE.Professional, courteous and on time with a professional workshop,not his garage at home, they stripped all the rubbish that had been put on,repaired and then re coloured the entire interior. The job is perfect!!! We have a Rolls- Royce and Bentley specialist workshop and take pride in our work and are pleased to have the same pride from COMPLETE LEATHER CARE.
