So we are currently storing their items at our expense while they refuse to collect the items, and have had countless instances where we will be contacted by a certain date" and are never contacted. They are blaming the franchisee. The franchisee still represents the company. Do not ever get involved with this company.***Edit for further clarification in response to your response.When we went with you the first time it went smoothly. But that is where it ended. This second time has been nothing short of a disgrace. Totally unsatisfactory.We still have the items as we have had for weeks since the contract ended.
