Chi Link Acupuncture & Massage Centre Chatswood

Wanted a strong / deep tissue massage on my forearms, so i decided to give this place a try.Tina was my masseuse and her technique is fantastic. I'd recommend Tina if you're looking for a strong & deep tissue massage..

Worst experience. We booked an appointment for 1:30, I was sent to the massage room and wait on the massage bed for 15mins, then the Masseur arrived. She was talking to other staffs for 15mins and in and out of the massage room. I asked her that I would like to have a quiet massage. She asked another masseur to come in. The 2nd half the massage was more normal massage should be. I wouldn’t come back to this place. I would recommend Wang’s massage next to Aldi. It was not relaxing.

I had a couple massages yesterday with my husband. It was worst experience ever I’ve met. Staff name is Tina who manager in there. She start 10 mins late I booking time even it was couple massage. and then in and out more than five times. She keep talking with customers when she was out and when she was in she was talking with other staff. And then suddenly changed masseur man staff so I really uncomfortable because there is no any notice and confirmation. so I said that it was uncomfortable. many things confused can’t relaxing. it was terrible experience. she was very untrained customer services. what a waste my money. She doing her job without her soul and mind. very poor skill as well. waster money waste time.I really want to report ombudsman there shop and manage management. it was not remedial massage and services. She was talking to other staffs for and in and out of the massage room. I would NOT come back to this place. I strongly not recommend this massage shop.

Listen to the reviews and don’t come here. Not worth it - our massages were interrupted every few seconds and they went up to talk to customers etc. They kept taking customers even though they were busy so there was a lot of noise and waiting around

Highly recommended Chi Link!Tina and her team at Chatswood are amazing. Have been to Chi Link for a number of years and the staff are excellent. Have recommended Tina and her team to others who also comment on excellent quality customer service.

Hands down the WORST massage place in Sydney (if not Australia)First of all despite the norm they have a male masseuse. (BE AWARE)After we told them we don't want a man to touch us, we decided to leave but they told us to stay and the replacement will be with us shortly, the didn’t tell us it will take one hour for the female masseuses to come!!!They kept us there for a whole hour, until her majesty arrived. And I promise you SHE WAS NOT A masseuse!!!She kept poking her fingers into my back as if she was making dough. And after I asked if this is her actual job, she laughed at me, said something in Chinese and stepped out. The whole experience left me shocked and disgusted.They did not offer us a refund either.There are tons of other places you can go to in chatswood! Dont even consider this place.The only thing this place is good for is thatYou can buy a voucher and give it to the person you hate the most as a revenge gift.DO NOT COME HERE!

The masseur named Magic gave a deep tissue therapeutic treatment. Great penetration force on many pain points on my back which was tailored to address the tension and stiff muscle.I was also impressed by the attention to detail that Magic took to cover body parts as varied as neck, waist and calf , totally different hand techniques were deployed to alleviate the soreness.Overall, I can't recommend Magics treatment highly enough. Will make the visit a regular thing from now on

Had an appointment at 3 for 60 mins massage. In spite of reaching the place at 2:50, I had to wait till 3.20. The lady who started the massage was continuously on phone and left in between. Then another person came and he didn't appears to be a professional masseur at all. After sometime the lady came back, again attending to calls in between. Stopped the massage after 40 mins (exactly at 4). On top of all, the place was so noisy with constant talking and people coming into the room to speak to the lady.Worst experience ever and will not recommend this place at all!

Good quality masseur focused on health. Thank-you for the option of traditional Chinese massage.

Staff seem Very busy.. booked but ended up still need to wait for another 30 mins . Asked for 60 mins, however they massage overtime and charge me 70 mins.
