Big props to Heather for all of her assistance today. Nothing was too difficult for her and she even offered to organise an elderly lady’s medication to be delivered via a taxi as they weren’t delivering today due to the public holiday. Very impressed with the service!

You will struggle to find a better pharmacy in Coffs Harbour.Nick is incredibly helpful, the staff are very kind and always have gone above and beyond to help me both on the phone and in-store.Needing to access medications sent from out of town has not always the easiest, since switching to CHC Pharmacy TerryWhite Chemart theteam were able to make it simple and kept me informed along the way. They are brilliant at what they do. Cannot recommend them enough for fertility medications, they are well equipped to deal with complex scripts.

I found it quite disturbing to learn from a friend that the bald male chemist that works here rudely provides incorrect information regarding intramuscular injections to people seeking intramuscular injection kits (Diabetics/ steroid users) for personal uses. Referring them to the hospital needle exchange that only provides intravenous injection kits which is incorrect for the type of use they're seeking potentially causing them harm. I'd say that's borderline malpractice and he should be held accountable if someone is to cause harm to themselves going off his advice that it's all the same" and he should be absolutely ashamed of himself considering he would've done a degree for his position and should know better. This may be a sensitive subject to some including myself however providing such information is what a qualified chemist is for and such conversations should be conducted in a professional manner."

Bridgette is a super caring angel. I phoned the pharmacy two minutes before closing time, hoping I could get there before it closed, for something I needed urgently. Bridgette went out of her way to make sure I received it after business hours!

Lets face it, there are a LOT of pharmacy's to choose from but I can safely say with a lot of confidence that the CHC pharmacy is done right. In my opinion, what makes a pharmacy good is a combination of layout (having a structure to where you place medicine) and professional staff on hand. The CHC pharmacy ticks all the boxes for convenience (opening hours) plus quality of staff and product range. 5 stars from me.

Knowledgeable, organised and courteous staff - the two Matts, Nick, Jess and all others. Samuel shows great decision-making when it comes to staffing. The level of service, consultation and product availability is probably amongst the best in town. Our family can definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Had to get my Webster packs made up early because I lost a few.I was very appreciative of their care.Awesome staff.

I had an urgent need for Ventolin while on holidays at Nambucca. Being a public holiday I rang and they said they would be closing at 5pm but it was 4.40pm and we were looking at least a 30 minute drive. They were so great that they waited for me to arrive before leaving so I could avoid the emergency room. Thank you so much, you saved me a great deal of anxiety. Wonderful customer service.

Very kind...deliver my prescriptions to my unit. Nice friendly staff. Sorry I have upgraded to 5 star...my mistake initially.
